At Adbhut Sales, we ensure that your favourite imitation jewellery reaches you safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of high demand or stock unavailability, processing may take longer. Customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, etc.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days
    • Other Locations (India): 5–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on our website/app).
  • For orders below that value, a standard shipping charge will apply, displayed at checkout.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include additional handling charges.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • All jewellery items are carefully packed in secure and tamper-proof packaging.
  • Fragile items are bubble-wrapped to ensure safe transit.
  • In rare cases of damage during delivery, please report within 48 hours of receiving the order.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we [do / do not] ship outside India.
  • If international shipping is enabled, delivery times and charges will vary depending on the destination country. Customs duties, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

7. Delays & Non-Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification with the courier.
