1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Jewellery must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags/invoice.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or tampered jewellery cannot be returned.
  • Products purchased during sale/clearance may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your choice.
  • Shipping, Cash on Delivery (COD), and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Replacements / Exchanges

  • If stock is available, you can exchange the product for another design of equal or higher value (price difference will apply).
  • If exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued as per our refund process.

4. Damaged / Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong jewellery piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery as per policy.
